Tuesdays:

       8:20-9:15      Essentrics - $7.00/class prepay or $8.00 drop-in

       9:30-10:15    Zumba Gold - Punch card $60.00/10 classes

      10:30-11:15    Aging Backwards - $6.00/class prepay or $7.00 drop in

Wednesdays:  

       9:00-9:45      Chair:  Strength/Stretch/Balance/Gait - $6.00

       9:45 -10:15   Chair:  Music & Movement - Punch Card $50.00/10 classes

                            Combo:  Both Classes - $8.00

Thursdays:

Zumba:  FUN Cardio class integrating a variety of rhythms:  Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, Tango, Country, Waltz, Pop, Cumbia...No experience necessary.  We learn as we go.  Chair option available on Wednesdays.

Essentrics:  An incredible 60 minute FULL body workout targeting all 650 muscles - no equipment other than a floor mat .  It is choreographed to music:  lengthening, contracting, strengthening, stretching, releasing, relaxing, toning, balancing...All while continually engaging the mind.  It is a "hybrid" of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Physical Therapy.

Aging Backwards:  Same as above, but we stand behind a chair for balance and/or respite.  Shorter duration (45 min).  Few Reps.  Modifications.
